Master Force, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase — Certification (Self-Paced and Live Cohort), Specialization courses, and Alumni Membership. If the program isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@masterforce.com with your order number and we will help facilitate the refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Alumni Membership cancellations
You can cancel your Alumni Membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. A refund of the most recent renewal is available within 30 days of that renewal charge under the guarantee above.
Live Cohort enrollments
For Live Cohort enrollments, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase or the cohort start date, whichever is later, provided you have not completed more than two scheduled cohort sessions.
Chargebacks
If you disagree with a charge, please contact us first — we'd much rather make it right than have you file a chargeback. Filing a chargeback may result in loss of access to the Service while the dispute is investigated.
