Terms & Conditions

Effective June 10, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, courses, certification programs, community, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Master Force, LLC ("Master Force," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

You are contracting with Master Force, LLC. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you are an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

Master Force provides life coach certification courses, advanced specialization courses, downloadable materials, live and recorded instruction, alumni community access, and related digital content. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or to send spam;
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
  • upload malware, attempt to probe or breach our security, or interfere with the Service;
  • scrape, copy, or redistribute course content, recordings, or community discussions;
  • share your account, certification, or paid content with anyone else.

5. Intellectual property

Master Force retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all course materials, methodologies, software, documentation, trademarks, logos, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning, within the scope of the plan you purchased. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or circumvent any technical limitations of the Service.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (assignments, discussion posts, coaching practice recordings). You grant Master Force a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to you.

7. Payment, subscriptions, taxes, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, tax, currency conversion, and payment-method changes are handled by Paddle. The terms of sale that apply to your purchase are Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

One-time purchases (Certification and Specializations) give you ongoing access to the purchased content. Alumni Memberships renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Certification and outcomes

Completion of a Master Force certification is conditional on satisfying the requirements of the program you enrolled in (assignments, assessments, practicum where applicable). Certification recognizes completion of our methodology and does not constitute a license to practice in any regulated profession. We make no guarantees about coaching income, client outcomes, or career results.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accessible. We may schedule maintenance, change features, or temporarily suspend portions of the Service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • materially breach these Terms or our acceptable-use rules;
  • fail to pay amounts due (where applicable);
  • create a security or fraud risk; or
  • repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.

On termination, your right to access paid content ends. We may retain transactional records as required by law. You may request export of your personal data per our Privacy Notice.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Master Force disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coaching content is educational; it is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Force's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Master Force will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Master Force from third-party claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Master Force, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

16. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
